An interesting testimony of our family’s traditions is represented by the Historical Museum that includes the old working method, used up to a few years ago, with a procedure based mostly on experience and on the meticulous attention of the miller. Visitors can touch the effect transmitted by the ancient machinery, such as the five hydraulic presses, the three granite millstones, and the old centrifuge – all perfectly functional to this day.
Visiting these spaces is also visiting the centennial passion and work of our grandparents.
The Museum is home to one of our three tasting rooms, where visitors can taste typical dishes of our Umbrian territory, accompanied by our fragrant extra-virgin olive oil.
The guided visit requires reservation and lasts about 20 minutes.
